Delhi Post
I am sorry, I know this came late.
Ya know, hectic schedule in school, kinda hate school but nvm, 3more mths to freedom!! I am in a pretty good mood now coz I just have my nails done. *hehehehe* Pretty yellow leopard print!! Its summer, that's why I chose yellow instead of my favourite-as-usual-pink *muahahahahha*

And also, finally got myself a hard drive, 160gb baby at only $100!! I just shifted all the thousands and thousands of photos into the baby. Not only that, it is studded with over-shiny crystals (so freaking shiny I tell ya) now coz I feel that it is too ugly. The crystals were abit ex though, cost me $49 but its sawroski crystal so nvm :)

But the happiest is that... I've got 3days break from school, I need the break badly.
Ok.

Anw, I did survive Delhi.
The place is just sooooo different from the sunny island I am living in. It was like a travel & living journey. But I am really glad I went and thus motivated to be a better person :)

Arrival on Terminal 3...

T3 is awesome. I mean the architecture is sooooooooo pretty ya know, except for the stupid flower which keep rotating, I kept asking whether it is an orchird but no one could answer me. You will know what I am talking about if you've been there yah.

I remembered someone told me that T3 is stupid bcoz there isn't anything, I guess I have to say that it is true, there was really nothing!! BUT when we checked in and went into the DFS, its completely a shopping paradise. Such awesome shopping paradise I tell ya, ranging from any brands, even Accesorize and C&K.

We shopped till we forgot about our flight. I am serious but lucky to hear the annoucement, last chance to board. *muahahahhaa*

Have ya tried the mochi ice cream from beard papa?! I have tried it so many times and Choco peppermint is the best. Anyway, we ended up very late for the flight was bocz of buying this ice cream, the staff was working at tortise kinda pace. *stick out tongue* Sorli... We are not in India that early right...

Nope. I did not watch bollywood movies, there was hollywood movies. *hehehehe*
Nope. I dun have to eat Indian food, there was other choices. *hehehehe*

Yes. The whole plane had no chinese, all indians and 1 ang moh (maybe he is a white indian, just that I dunno)

5hours later...
We had reached Delhi. Delhi time: 2.20am

Took a few shots while wating for my lugguage. This is the lugguage belt area and the airport is under renovation.

The custom officer was very grumpy, I very scared of him lor!

After 30mins...

Still no sign of any lugguage...!
The lugguage belt just kept stopping and moving, stopping and moving but no lugguages
ABNN said we must exercise patience when we reached Delhi!

The first few things that welcomed us when we finally got out the airport were the hot air and the smell.

Then I saw it!
Kid with abnormal big stomach and a very dirty old man so thin that you could see his ribs sleeping on the road, hundred of flys stopping on and surrounding them.

I couldn't take it. I have nv seen that in my life ever, not even when I am in China.
Even beggars back home were fat ok! You will never know how I feel unless you really come and see for yourself. It was saddening!

Momo came to pick us up and I finally got a glance of what they meant by parking space without any lot, meaning no drawings on the floor. Just parked where ever you can find a space. Cool huh?!

Get what I mean when I said its so different from where I am from. The road was soooo dark, this was one of the beta road with lamp post bcoz it was outside of my hotel.

For the usual road, lamp posts were like 2 or 3km away from each other. I am serious! So its like complete darkness, god you have to rely on the car lights and ur estimation.
And yes yes, you dun have to stop at the red light if you see no cars.

Oh my. And I saw a white pony riding on the road. I was soooooo surprise even though I was told I could see lotsa animals on the roads!! *hehehehehe*

Helllloooooooo??! Anybody there??
This is the lobby of our hotel at 4am, the staffs were all sleeping! Ya know how scary it is and the road outside was sooooo dark!!

But we managed to find them and checked in successfully. They gave us a room that is soooo far away from the entrance, it was like a 15mins walk from our room to the entrance. Ok... perhaps I was abit too exaggerated but well, it was far. Get my point yah!

I spotted mutiple lizards so fucking big, I had nv seen lizards so big yah, I tot those at my house were huge already but they were small case compared to delhi lizards seriously! There were *eyes widen* frogs jumping around too!!!

I spotted soooo much dust on the air-con, I guess no one has been staying at the room for a year already.

The next morning, we managed to hire a driver and went to visit Shah's mother.

That's her house.
All furnitures are custom-made. When we wanted to remove our shoes, she was kinda surprise and told us we dun have to, well, I din know they wear shoes at home yah.

She took us to the freaking big Fabric place (sorry I cant remember the name of the place coz, ya know, it was a long indian name) where there were soooo much fabric for me to choose from bcoz I am making my own clothes now. *smile sheepishly*

The road of Delhi...

Tuk tuk, they called it 3 wheelers and several men standing in the middle of the road. *hehehehe* They love to stand everywhere espcially near to road. It was like 40degree celsius but everyone seems to wear long sleeve shirt!

I spotted the cows too! Very happy to see the cows Can you see?? Its ass is facing us.
They just crossed the road as and when they like it then the cars will have to stop for them. There were soooooo many of them, everywhere ok but whenever I see them, I still feel kinda surprised!

Anyway, I din know cows are big, its ass are at my shoulder, in case you dunno, I am 1.72m. I only see cows in zoo where they are so far away from me and I tot they were small. Pardon my foolishness *stick out tongue*

Not to mentioned that the fabrics place was very filthy, tonnes of rubbish and shit at the side of the road yet there are children picking up thing from there to eat or what, I really dunno and I hope not.
There were lotsa children beggars swarming at us, the only tourist-looking people. Brown hair from the malnourishment and ultra thin with very abnormal big stomach. Sad! I dun dare to take out my camera bcoz I scare they might snatch.

Ya know, giving them money doesn't solve the problem. They grew up this way, they too will educate their future children to beg as well, its like a vicious cycle so money doesn't solve their problem.

Right education is the key yah so when I have the money, I am sooo gonna build schools and equip them with the right skill. Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.

Lunch!
I nv touch Indian for your info. So Shah's mother got us most of the dry stuff and I have to say the kebahs were really nice. Something that I dare to eat and find it good. *hehehehe*

The uniform in the restaurant very cute. *muahahahha* The food took like 30mins to come. I chant to myself, *exercise patience*!!

After lunch, Shah's mother took us for a ride to see Delhi. So that's why I said I am like on travel and living channel. I am always on the car looking at the world outside.

Suddenly, the scene outside of the car seems to turn greenary yah. Its bcoz we were near to the prime minister's office.

The prime minister office.
It is freaking huge like a whole Orchard road I guess and my god the architecture is sooooo pretty. See the difference between our PMO to their PMO huh.

Commoners are not allowed in but there are pple WALKING in (can you imagine it??!) and taking photo.
The weather was toooo hot so we didn't want to get out of our comfort zone and talking picture. *hehehehehe*

Next was tourist place - The emporium.
Well, too arty farty and extremely expensive. Hey, you dun call a tourist place if you dun ripped the tourists right.

The another tourist place - Delhi hut
This was ok, sorta street market but I dun like to bargain. They sold us silk shawl at 20SGD and Sinagpore was selling like 10bucks. And we were so silly to think it was cheap.

NVM! The person even wanna sell me the cashmere shawl (which is a freaking beauty) at 800USD. I didn't want, in the end he said last price 50USD! Totally absurb! A total difference of 750USD, I didn't even open my mouth to bargain ok.

Clubbing scene.
Yes. Mix of bollywood and pop music.

Ya know, we used ultra-violet chop back home that is invisible. But in Delhi, as you can see in the picture, used black in colour chop!! Nooooo... Who says I was laughing at them. I wasn't! *insert innocent face*

Some photos:

In case, you think the bright colour dress person is me, it wasn't ok!! I got better dress sense, dun worry! Sze leng said after looking at how the pple dress there, she suddenly feels very confident about herself!! *muahahahahha*
I was wearing pencil skirt coz ABNN said cant wear short skirt or shorts (coz you might get molested easily). I very sad man, 40 degree celsius hor!

Anyway, ladies night, ladies have free drink the whole night. Super good yah?
But the drink was soooo high in alcohol content, I was tipsy after 2 cups, given that I am able to hold my liquor very well. It tastes really weird as well. Now I know why Indians can drink so well!

This is how their cigarette looks like. *hehehehehe*
OH anw, you can drink and drive there, they have got no laws saying you cant!

When we went back to the hotel, I was sloshed, cant even bath and finished my cup noodle. Told ya the drink is kinda too high in alcohol content.

The next day.

Szeleng on the left, me on the right.

My hotel was super huge yah and it seems to be for a getaway. And we didn't get to see other guest so we guess we might be the only one staying there ya know. That really freak me out!

Destination: Agra to see Taj Mahal! Approx, 4hours road journey *faint*
The main idea of visiting India is bcoz we wanna see the 7wonders of the world.

Pretty white mosque along the way. The architecture there are just superb, dun ya think so?!

Camels carrying good along the highway was a common scene.
The highway here and the highway at Delhi is just so different, our highway is like far and all that. In delhi, there were like street shops beside the highway and many pple & cows walking across as well!! Quite an eye opener yah!

We took a break from the car journey at this beautiful resort, the architecture again, super pretty!
There was this lady, I think the staff of the hotel, she hid in the toilet so that when ya go in, she will help ya open the tap for ya to wash your hand, then asked for tips. I didn't bring my wallet with me to the toilet.

And she asked me to go back and take. Ridiculous lah! Super angry!

Anw, along the highway, there were many beggars so that when you stopped your car, they will swarm to your car and keep knocking on your window or try to sell ya something. It was scary!

First stop: Tomb of Shah Jahan's father

Entrance of the tome. Very hot! Must take umbrella! *smile sheepishly*

Repairing the tomb and the exterior is made of beautiful marble and precious stone. We hired a tour guide and he is the one in white pants and shirt climbing up the stairs.

And going in, we saw lotsa deers at the field. I didn't ask why there were deers bcoz the tour guide didn't look like he likes to talk to me!

There it is. But must walk very far and super hot!!

Inside the tomb and there were really nice design of the marble and precious stones.
We left the place very quickly coz the tour guide told us that there weren't much to see here and advise us to go to Taj Mahal quickly.

He very good lor. He nv bother to explain stuffs to us, he thinks we know it all, ya know. Soooo angry!

Then another 1hour ride, we reached Taj Mahal.
But due to environment factors, cars or any petrol operated engine are not allowed in and we have to get down to take the 3 wheelers or the pony ride.

Us in 3 wheelers. Not very nice experience. Almost fainted, the heat was unbearable!

Pony was toooooooooooooo smelly so we took the 3 wheelers. What? You think they will bother to bath the horse meh?! I guess the horse has nv bath in his life eh!

Then after that, about 50metre away, we had to walk in.
Told ya the cows are EVERYWHERE.

Going into Taj Mahal.
Eletronics except camera are not allowed, phones must be off. My electronic fan was confiscated.

The surrounding! On the left is for muslim girls.

The place was so huge that we need signboard. Main entrance is at the East gate.

Group photo before going in!!

Persian calligraphy.
Higher panels are written slightly larger to reduce the skewing effect when viewing from below, so that it will have the effect that the words are in same size. How smart!

The calligraphy reads "O Soul, thou art at rest. Return to the Lord at peace with Him, and He at peace with you."

I am at a point where I see Taj Mahal, no less or no more.
Everything is symmetrical in this place, how do they do that given that they dun have great technology then?!

A brief history of Taj Mahal, Emperor Shah Jahan built the mausoleum in the memory of his wife. Ok... As according to the tour guide, Shah Jahan has 3wives but only 1 wife born him many sons and thus when that particular wife is about to die, her last wish to her husband was "to build a tomb in her memory such as the world had never seen before."

Tadah! Photo with Taj Mahal! But the chair is so freaking hot, it almost burnt my backside!

Taj Mahal seems slanted on the photo yah? Actually it is designed this way, not 90degree but 94degree so that if there is an earthquake, the building will fall outward instead of inward where the tomb is.
Wah! The architect really thinks a lot ah!

Soooooooooooooo beautiful and ultra magnificent! You have to be there to feel urself
It will be even more beautiful in full moon as the building is made of white marble and crystal so it will shine and sparkle under full moon light!

The plinth and tomb took roughly 12 years to complete. The remaining parts of the complex took an additional 10 years. I dunno if it is bcoz pple in the past has nothing to do or what but 22years, it seems a bit crazy.

The garden and pool.
I was asking if there is any reason to build a garden and pool in front of the tomb, the tour guide said no particular reason.
I dunno if there is really no reason of just that the tour guide cant be bothered to explain to us.

Getting near...

We had to wrap our feet before going in so that we wun damage any marble. They are trying their best to save the tomb from any damage.

There was a sudden rush of coolness when we stepped in bcoz the tomb is made of marble and marble is known to be cooling yah!
At this point, I was told that camera was not allowed. Anw, it was too dark to even take photo in the tomb.

2 red sand stone buildings stand sysmetrical beside Taj Mahal, precise mirror image of each other!!
One of them is a mosque, facing the mecca direction while the other one is built solely for the purpose of architectural balance. Siao boh? Build another building for balance only leh. Really got toooo much time on hand.

Anw, do you know that everything in Taj Mahal was exact sysmetrical except for the tomb of Shah Jahan bcoz his tomb is built only after everything is constructed. His son, Aurangzeb buried him next to his wife.

You must be thinking, no trucks no technology, how on earth are they going to move these heavy material like marble.
Well, over 1000 elephants were used to transport the material during the construction *sigh* poor elephants!

After the 22yrs of building the tomb, Shah Jahan decided to build a mausoleum for himself across the river in Moonlight garden (back of taj mahal which is in the pciture) but before he could finish that, he was deposed by his son and put under house arrest.

That is sad! Somemore he built the tomb for the wife who give birth to the son!

Surrounding of Taj Mahal. Big tree and the building for toilet. *hehehehe*

Attempting some bollywood style. *muahahahha*

Lunch at tourist place.

*muahahahaha* Taj Mahal restaurant!

Indian-Chinese food is kinda nice there but it was expensive. Every dishes is like for 1person quantity, ohwell, we are supposed to ripped since we are tourist and cant survive outside food (hygience factor yah!!)

I guess it means Coca Cola in Hindi. *hehehehhee*

We went back to Delhi after that, we were all tooooo tired to visit the famous red fort. Its a pity yah but the heat is killing us and needless to say we need another 4hours ride back!!

Next day: Gurgaon
Poshiest area of Delhi where all the multinational companies are!!
Ya know, places with expat are usually very nice like Holland V and Dampsey!

I was ssooooooooooo happy to see such building, I mean its high rise buidling!!! which look much normal yah! *hehehehehe* But it is a cleaner and neater place and the parking lots have got markings on the floor, less horn tooooo, anw, this is where I saw pigs crossing the road.

Seems like pig is much clever to choose places that is cleaner and better. *muahahahhaha*
We went to visit Mayank and his family, and their house is really like a condo so clean and nice which I feel very happy, ya know, finally, a much 'normal' place.

Next: Shahpur Jat
A small town for local designer and local label. A fine place to shop for nice and good quality stuff.
Dresses 100USD and above but everything is niceeeee!! I like!

Next: M-J market
For tourist as usual but kinda nice. I bought 4 ear rings for over 80SGD, I mean there is nowhere for me to spend the money anyway and I like the ear rings.

Last day: Connaught place.
Tourist infested place yah! We were supposed to go to somewhere before connaught place but when I heard that we had to bargain, I told them no, we bypassed that place and head straight to connaught place where we dun have to bargain. *hehehehehe*

At connaught place.
The labour there is super cheap I guess, when we went into Levi's, there was like 20 staffs around and they will keep asking you to try this and that. So the ratio of staffs to cust is 2:1, the usual ratio should be 1: 4 isn't it? *muahahahhaha*
Alteration will only take 30mins or less, I guess there is like even more staffs working behind the counter yah.

We spent all our money there as it is the last day and bought several redundent things. Just buy for the sake of buying seriously. *stick out tongue*

The next morning:
4am to the airport on an un-conditioned taxi. No choice coz we need bigger taxi for our luggauge.
Byebye Delhi!

You can see beautiful fort everywhere!!
Home sweet home.

I conquered Delhi. I will be a better person.
My life is too good, perhaps to them, my kinda life is a life that they nv dare to dream of.
I took toooo many things for granted, I am glad I went for this trip and its such an eye-opener trip bcoz at least I learnt that whatever I am facing is nothing compared to them.

Their ways to survival is simply tooooo harsh!
I am no longer a frog in the well!

Haute Couture F/W 08
I have to say that my favourite is Christian Dior.
Christian Dior haute couture collection is indeed very fabulous, I am in awe seriously!!

Love how those models look, it is just very compatible with the haute collection Dior created. And the make-up was wonderful!!

The amazing heels really added something extra to the outfits yah!

Modern and gorgeous dress & lunch suit. Yummy! I dunno why, the word just pops up in my mind.

I nv see animal print so elegant and untrashy.
The interpretation of the LBD is so feminine yet cute :)

I think of princess, castle and horse carriage when I see these dresses...

MY god! Such gorgeous gorgeous party dresses! When was the last time I was in awed, well, it was long time ago!

Big extravagant white dresses or wedding gown?!

My favourite!
Its like an art piece but of course this will not be called Dior haute couture by John Galliano w/o an artistic piece of gorgeous looking dress yah!?

Omg! Its sooooo pretty!!
This will be my gown for my wedding!
*teehee*

Another favourite of Haute couture F/W 08 is
Chanel.

Sophisticated dresses!! Dun ya think it is very Chanel?
Wanted to write more but the awesome-ness of the Dior collection totally distracted me. *muahahahhaa*

I nv have so much love for Christian Dior before... * teehee*

I sooooo wanna get a gold birkin, ya know, so that I can have the same bag as Takuya Kimura! *muahahahaha* But wait... hope it doesn't belong to his wife instead *stick out tongue*

Besides that, am I seeing things?

Did Jane Birkin just vigourously PULL and STOMP on the birkin bag??!!
*jaw drops* Oh my goddddddddddddd....

The poor bag-tailor has to undergo intensive training for yearssss, (my dear not for a few months but a few years!!), and what?! sew, hammer and whatever to put each flaps or parts together by his or her own hands. Imagine how many hours or days the tailor needs for just 1 birkin bag!

For that second, my mouth just widen, heart literally stopped and somehow aches!!
Oh nvm, just ignore me!!

Ohwell, hmmm... its afterall just a bag right!

Twenty-One

I always love brillant movie.
21 is nice.

At least I understand the counting parts but I dun think it is that easy seriously.
SJ told me its damn cool and asked me to watch. But right at first (before it is even showing), I already been wanting to watch the movie. I just love this kinda movie, ya know, ok... you dunno.

Jim Sturgess does look like Auston Kutcher in some way.
Kevin Spacey lights up the whole show, he's such a good actor.

But it had its down side too...... Perhaps sj said its cool, that's why it raises my expectation.
The movie is too long, too draggy, too predictable (its disappointing in some aspect)
The chemistry between Jim Sturgess and Kate Bosworth is crap
The disguise failed miserably (or do they deliberately do it that way?)

I just think it could be better even though it is nice, but nvm, not all movies live up to their expectation anw.

P.S: Kate Bosworth's hair is like super flat and broom-like, forehead is like super kok (eh... Rihanna's forehead is like nice but hers is bah!, maybe her flat hair is the cause of the problem) why do Orlando even fall for her in the first place?! *hehehehehe*

The Birthday Post.
I am sooooo sorry that my blog is kinda stagnant. But these few days was a tad busy till I forgotten that I actually earn a blog and taking up the space in the cyber world. You must be wondering, I don't have to work and am having holiday now so what's there for me to be busy *roll my eyes*

Well, sad to say, I dun live in the cyber world and cyber-stalk pple everyday, ya know, I practically have so much things to do.

Anw, finally have the time to blog about my birthday.

How did you celebrate your birthday?
I celebrate mine early this year during Feb. I got an all-expenses paid/sponsored trip to bangkok.

Apart from bra-shopping in their deparmental stores and gems shopping at their tourist-ripping exhibition, I dun really enjoy the trip! Dun ask me why, I think is the weather or whatever!

Then during April, me and Aza toured Taipei, which is also a trip to celebrate us turing 21yrs old.

Taipei is awesome and we like it! Travelling with ur best friend is a whole different thing :)

On 6th of June
*********************************************
Were out with the girls to Access Room, one of the pubs in circular room *teeheehee*

Starring:

And of course the birthday girl, herself. *teehee*

And later late in the night, irritating cousin and few of the guy friends joined us.
One of the guys is superrrrr cute lah, his complexion is like perfectttt ok!!! *teehee*

Juan randomly dared Tim to drink the chicken rice chilli with Martell and if he dares, the reward is 10bucks...

Chilli with Martell on the rocks. Freaking gross can anot!!!!

Tim said that his parents are rich but he is not so he needs money. Dun try to bluff us ok, if Tim is hard up for money, we all will go and beg on the streets seriously.

There he is, waving his 10bucks happily...

Games, games and more games...

Elle unfortunately looks like the waitress there! *muahahahaha*

Happy Birthday to mmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I was cutting the cake halfway then Elle took the knife away from me, she said I was too drunk and created a mess. But noooo, the problem lies with the knife not me ok!! Bcoz she screwed up the cake as well!!

Speaking of mess, I think the whole lot of us are horrible.

Dearest auntie got too high!! *muahahahahaha*

Dunno why... All five of us look damn ugly, I think the photographer is toooooo lousy! *MUAHAHAHHA*

On the house!
Sj trying to make me drunk after they failed to poison me with the bottle of Martell so she got Ming Ming to serve me the flaming barcardi.

Anw, the name Ming Ming (he is a guy) is super funny lah! *muahahahaha* Whenever I hear the name, I cant help laughing!!
As according to Jess who tried the leftover of few drops, she said it taste like shit. It was too hot till I swallow it immediately thus I couldn't taste anything.

Random photos that night:

I was supposed to leave at 3am bcoz I need to wake up early next day. But in the end, I left at 5.30am.

Anw, that night we were involved in a fight. *muahahahha*
Usually, we only witnessed fights but now we were involved and Jess got super excited, I tell ya.
Both groups were tipsy and Tim is kinda drunk anw, so something happened here and there, then they fought.

Now I know, fighting wasn't that scary, its super comical lah, cant help laughing whenever I think of it, especially when they were all drunk. *hehehehe* And *sob sob* the Levi's Ladies necklace that JY gave me as a present was broken bcoz of the fight. Damn it!!

The next day was meeting Aza.
I reached home at about 6am and slept at around 7am then woke up after 1 and a half hour at 8.30am. *teehee*

Woke up no feeling of any hungover but with swollen eyes, I dun look like my usual self isn't it. *wink* Haven change yet!

Then 6.30pm, I went to meet aza and we had din tai fung for dinner. That was the second time of that week I had Din Tai Fung but nv got sick of it. I think I can have it 5times a week. *kekekeke*

10th of June
*********************************************
I went on my birthday trip to Delhi to visit one of the wonders of the world.

Seeing one of the wonders before I turned 21 was such a treat. No doubt manificient! One more down, a few more wonders to go!! *teehee*

Going to india was a very spiritual trip and I gained many thing from the trips. There are so many things in my life I took for granted. More about that later (on a separate post)!

Then on the 15th, I came back to my wonderland. Was really exhausted from the trip and had a awesome sleep till 2pm in the afternoon.

16th June
Happy Birthday to me
Happy Birthday to me
Happy Birthday Happy Birthday to meeeeeeeeeeeee!!

Kiki & crew woke me up with their happy birthday song. *teehee*
And checked my phone, there were 17msges! Many thanks to those who are so lovely to even remember my birthday.

Then afternoon was awesome Japanese food!! *hehehehehe*
Was craving for Japanese food when I was in India!!

After lunch, we went to watch *drum rolllllllll* Kungfu Panda!!!

*hehehe*
I kinda like it. I have been wanting to watch it when I found out the chinese version of the movie is voiced by EASON CHAN (the panda lah) leh!!

But in the end, *hangs head* I watched the English version bcoz the chinese version was a tad tooooo late.
Anw, the show is funny *muahahahaha* there are certain scenes that are real stupid but funny, I freaking like the turtle man!! Well, if you haven watch, dun think you will know the turtle.

Jackie Chan was the voice of the monkey.
The total sentence he spoke in the entire movie: 2... Freaking 2 sentences only!
Why do they even bother to get him to do all these things, and why do he even wanna accept the job!!

Dinner was at Zhou's Kitchen...

Some random pics of that day:

Was testing out my new camera. *beam beam beam*. Canon PowerShot SX100 IS!

My Birthday Cake from Chocz!!

Its an award-winning cake anw and its freaking-god-damn delicious.
Even more delicious than awfully chocolate and Intercontinental one!!

But my sis who bought the cake for me told me the price was a bit ex, small little such cake cost like $75 but I really think its worth the price!! *hehehehe* I usually get my cake at Intercontinental hotel and though it is cheaper like $60plus but it doesn't taste as nice.

Oh I just did a WOM!!
Viral marketing!!

That's me with my cake. *hehehehe* Sorry the table was a bit messy lah so I have to paint the background into such ugly shade of colour and I dun have time to do it properly.

20th of June
*********************************************
Met up with Jess and SJ. We were supposed to go to Singapore Flyer but juan was on welfare so we postpone till next week!

And yes yes, we finally caught Sex and the City!!
I was so afraid that I might miss the show, ya know and I even booked the tix 2days in advance. *teehee*

I think its kinda awesome. A very inspiring movie.
But they were saying that if you watched the drama, you will not like the movie.

Maybe. I dunno. I was just wondering why I didn't bother to watch the drama given that I like new york soooooooo much.

I totally love the fashion & friendship in the movie.
If I have friends like them, I must have done lotsa good deeds in my past life *muahahahahha*
New York fashion, I have been hearing about it since I was 12yrs old.

No one in New York is fat!!

*hehehehehe* I once said that I love Tokyo bcoz everyone of them is not afraid to differentiate themselves and everyone has great fashion sense thus I wanna migrate there. Well, I have another choice isn't it?! I can migrate to new york. *hehehehe*

Very inspired and touched by the friendship in the movie.
We each bought a care bear. *hehehehehe* Mine is in *surprise surprise* ORANGE.

So I told Jess that if ever she is feeling down, the care bear will be there to accompany her bcoz its symbolise us. :)

SJ insisted helping us to take photo with the gift that Jess got me. *muahahahaha*
So we got our new pets (the care bear if you cant see) in for the photoshoot as well. *hugs*

The next day, 21st of June is Birthday BBQ.

*hehehehe* The chinese painting behind me cost like $8000!!

My uncle making the cake for me *smile sheepishly*:

Its a durian cake. D24 durian!! *hehehehe*
I am waiting for him to set up his own cafe. Then I have all the cakes to myself. *evil laughter*

Random pics at the BBQ!

*jaw drops* Must be astonished that blue potato even existed huh?!
*hehehehe* As usual, we have way too much food (super super full) and only finish like 1/4 of what my mum prepared.

Then cam-whoring habit kicked in *flutter eyelashes innocently*

W/o flash, with flash...
I personally love photo with flash!! *wink*

My birthday cake that day!!

The photo dun do justice. *Frown* It is actually much prettier in real life!

Me with the cake *teehee...*

And me cutting the cake.
I have 2 slices of the cake. The durian tastes just right!! *hehehehehe*
Durian tastes the best when it is their season isn't it?!

The next few days
was meeting with random pple and friends and having good food! *grinz*

1. Peach Garden

My favourite dish at Peach garden is none other than the cute little Roast Pork cube!! Super delicious!! *drool*

2. Touring Sentosa

It was years ago when I last came to sentosa. That was when we just graduated from secondary school and I remembered we had a lot of fun bcoz most of the rides or what were free (bcoz aza got a special card from her relative)

I still like the underwater world but I kinda hate siloso beach, I just think its soooooo boring.

3. Keppel Bay

A small island and it is absolutely gorgeous. It is still very inaccessible to pple who do not drive but obviously, this is a gathering place for the rich pple so I dun think they will open to the public.

But I see people taking the bus and walked right in. They are really determine isn't it? Bcoz the nearest bus-stop is freaking far *muahahahhaa*
Anw, the famous reflection apartment is gotta be there. Awesomeness, in the future, they can just park their yacht, yes yacht, and walked home. How cool?!

But apart from the sea view, there's nothing much about the apartment, my friend is staying at the carribean (the condo at keppel bay) and his apartment is like freaking small but he has to pay an astonishing amount of rent!!

4. And finally German food at brauhaus

Beer beer and more beer. We are in a German pub!! *hehehehe* They got like 200 kinda beers from all over the world, and the beers are really nice, unlike what we also had.

My favourite Pork Knuckle, super crispy and totally fattening!!! *hehehehehe* And we also ordered a sausuage platter but we gobbled it up before I can take the photo!

Very localised meal called the Pork Knuckle Bee Hoon. *muahahahahha*
Which my mum always cook but I refuse eat!! *stick out tongue*

****************************************************************************

My birthday pressie!!
You pple are soooooooo nice. Million thanks to everyone who got me really nice pressie, I dun think the price matters, I really think it is about the tots. *wink*

1. Honda car

2. Canon PowerShot SX100 IS

3. My first LV bag, red denim pleaty

LV denim pleaty has always been on the wishlist!!
